Q: How do I get started?

Book a 15 minute discovery call. We will learn about your goals, answer questions, and schedule an in person consultation or your first small group session.

Q: Is this right for beginners or for women 40 plus, postpartum, or in perimenopause?

Yes. Our small group format is capped at 8 to 10 people and every session can be scaled. The Renew Her track adds education and pelvic floor friendly coaching, with referrals to trusted local providers when needed. We also offer early morning coed sessions.

Q: Do you accept drop ins or day passes?

Not at launch. To keep coaching personal and class sizes small, all first visits are by appointment. Please book a discovery call to visit the studio.

Q: What are the class sizes?

Classes are intentionally small, limited to 8-10 participants for a personalized, tailored fitness experience.

Q: Do I need previous fitness experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our programs are designed to be accessible and empowering for all fitness levels.
