Membership Cancellation & Pause Policy
At EmpoweredCo, we understand that life seasons, health challenges, family situations, and unexpected circumstances can arise. Our desire is always to support you well while also honoring the sustainability of our programs and coaching.
- If you need to cancel your membership or coaching program, we ask for a 14-day written notice prior to your next billing date. Memberships remain active through the current paid billing cycle and are non-refundable once payment has processed. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused sessions.
- If you need to temporarily pause your membership due to injury, medical reasons, travel, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, family emergencies, or other significant circumstances, we are happy to work with you. Membership pauses may be requested for up to 2 months at a time and must be communicated prior to your next billing date.
